We invite you to a gastro-entertainment experience at The Hamilton Spectator in our state-of-the-art Go Cooking kitchen! Enjoy an evening chef's table event and interact with area chefs as they prepare mouth-watering taste sensations, and sample our wine-consultant's pairings uniquely selected for each plate that is served. Or fine-tune your kitchen skills by registering for an informative daytime creative class led by local culinary experts. HST will be added to the cost of courses with the exception of any trade show where the HST is included in all online ticket purchases. ALL GO COOKING EVENTS SALES ARE FINAL.

Registration has a time limit of 15 minutes. If you have not completed your transactions in that time frame, the seats that you have reserved in your shopping cart will be put back into inventory. You need only to go back to Step 1 again to purchase your seats.

Fab Friday with Jonny Blonde - Friday, August 28, 2015 - 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. (note Friday date) - With Jonathan Tjerkstra - Owner/Chef Jonny Blonde Catering, Event Planning & Food Truck - Award-winning Jonny Blonde’s popular food truck always has a line up but you will have a ring side seat to enjoy his salacious menu. Beginning with roasted root salad with red, golden and candy cane beets, spinach, edamame and toasted sesame seeds drizzled with miso tahini vinaigrette. Succulent roast pork loin stuffed with dried cherries, apricots and walnuts in maple cider jus and grilled sweet potatoes. He tops it off with his signature maple bacon butter tart. Your mouth won’t stop watering.
